Welcome to First5 Franklin's 2021 Kids Fest!
Once you have completed the activities, you are eligible to come shop for a learning kit of your choice on May 8th!
You will need to complete this participation form to let us know you have completed the activities before May 8th to be eligible to receive kit materials at one of the two kit pick-up locations on Saturday, May 8th from 10am-12pm.
